Do you have a FREE plan?
Yes.
Movalio is free for up to 500 subscribers for each channel. You'll be prompted to upgrade once you exceed this limit.
How do I pay?
If you are using Shopify, you will be charged automatically and the costs will appear on your Shopify bill. If you are not using Shopify please contact us to setup payment.
How do I change my plan?
You can change your plan from your Movalio account. Check the Account > Billing section.
How many messages can I send?
For web push and mobile push channels you can send unlimited push notifications for any paid plan. For the email channel you can send 15 times the subscriber count for your plan. Please check our pricing calculator to see your costs. If you need more email messages please contact us for a custom plan.
How is monthly usage calculated?
The monthly usage is calculated in real-time. Any message you send through our service is added to the usage count. Usage resets on the 1st of every month at midnight (UTC).
Can I use only a specific channel or do I need to buy all?
Yes.
You can use one or multiple channels. You can start with one channel and add more at a later time from your account.
